I am a fun loving teacher who is travelling across America to visit Mount Shasta which has long been a dream of mine. I have brought my mandolin on my travels and am happy to share songs I have written, I also write films and produced my first film last year. I also mediate and run a mediation company back in England which helps people to activate their five senses to help with meditation.

I practice yoga and spiritual practise is important to me as I am a Reiki energy healer and practitioner and so like to keep my energy healing and flowing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking to synchronistically meet other like minded souls and and cultivate some beautiful connections with people here. I am a good vegan/vegetarian cook and have lots to offer in way of sharing stories, songs food and gifting of a Reiki healing session.
