I'm a nerd and into fitness. I do power lifting and martial arts (Japanese jujitsu, aikijitsu, krav maga) for fun! I love fantasy games like skyrim and dragon age, but I don't have a console (because I know it would take up all of my free time). I am a Christian, so I believe in helping my fellow man and sharing my home and food to people in need!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel (or rather, I would like to travel more) and I'm kind of poor. Unfortunately, I live in a small apartment with a roommate currently, and she doesn't really like to have people over, so I don't think that I can host anyone. If it is an emergency of sorts, then I do have an air mattress you can sleep on. My living arrangements are expected to change soon, so maybe then I'll be able to more freely host people.

Movies: Does anime count? Live action movies: Marvel or DC, action movies (with a good plot). I hate romantic movies.

Books: Welcome to Nightvale, Level Up Your Life, Bible, Caged, and lots of others, not particularly limited to one genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went zip lining in the mountains of Panama. That was pretty cool. It was on a study abroad trip. I hope to keep traveling to different countries, and hopefully one day go back to Panama.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am an instructor in Jujitsu, I used to teach western horseback riding (I would love to ride again, I just don't have horses)

I would love to learn french and Japanese, I still have a ton to learn in martial arts. I'm a fast learner.
