About Me

Hi All!

I will be arriving in Canada to live and work for two years in late August 2018. I would love to make friends through this and potentially couchsurf when I arrive.
My interests might fall under the ‘hippy’ bracket 🌈. I love hiking, yoga, meditation and learning. I enjoy cooking and all things vegan! I would describe myself as a food tourist so if you can show me any cool vegan/veg-friendly spots that would be amazing!
I am flying into Vancouver and I’m still trying to decide whether to head to Whistler or Victoria to settle.
Unfortunately I am not in the position to host as I am currently living with my parents to save as much as possible for my trip. This is definitely something I look forward to doing in future.
I returned to Ireland from Melbourne, where I lived from December to August last year. I loved the experience, hence my trip to Canada. While there I lived with friends and spent 5 months living in a granny flat as an au pair. I lived independently during my four years at an English uni, where I got my psychology degree.
I love kids and animals, and would happily help with these if you choose to host me ☺️ I am an experienced dog walker and nanny. I am open to speaking with anyone but would only consider staying with a female or a couple 🙂
