Hi! My name is Laura and I am an international exchange student from Canada. I am attending the University of Geneva for 5 months before I return to Ottawa to complete my degree studying French and Math. I am so excited to travel and see other parts of the world while I am on exchange. I always love a new adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am only in Europe for a short while, so my goal is to visit as many countries as possible. I think the best way to learn about a country is through a local's point of view. I love meeting new people and exchanging travel stories.

Interests

I love to dance, all styles from ballet to hiphop. I also enjoy curling, mini golf and bowling. I have fallen in love with travelling, specifically trying all the local foods!

I really like country music : perfect for summer and helpful to lift your mood in the winter. I also enjoy pop music if I feel like dancing!

My first language is English and my second language is French, I would be more than willing to practice speaking in either one! I would also be interested in sharing differences about our different cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very quiet and clean guest and will definitely clean up after myself before my departure. I am also willing to help cook meals while I am visiting.
