ABOUT ME

At the moment me and my friend Alice have been travelling almost a year now in Asia and Australia, and have heard so many great and funny stories about couch surfing, now we want to try it for ourselves!
We're both English, pretty laid back and enjoy life whatever we are doing. We love meeting new people and hearing their stories. We love trying new food and inventing our own recipes, a big part of our blog is dedicated to our new finds!

PHILOSOPHY

At the end of your life you wont care about how many cars you owned or how much money you had, you will remember the people you loved, the places you went and the crazy and weird things you did along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We've worked for accomodation as cleaners for the last 6 months in Cairns and we are both pretty good cooks, so feel free to take us up on either of these.

We can't wait to host future couchsurfers when we get back to England!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At the moment we've only done it a couple of times with friends of friends and people who let us camp in their back yard...but were very house trained :P

Alice is a massive die Hard fan!!!!

Laura likes anything thats a comedy, not so much of a die hard fan.

We like a whole range of music, but to give you an idea Laura likes hip hop, Rihanna and drum n bass, and Alice likes reggae, dub, metal etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in a school for disabled children in India.

Talking to people in the slum community in Mumbai, witnessing the strong sense of community they have!
