Hello! My name is Laura, I am married to Dave. We have a delightful 3yr old daughter, Isla, and an almost 1 yr old son, Felix. We are spending the year travelling, visiting friends and family, house sitting, and discovering new parts of the world.

My husband is an illustrator and type designer, and we feel very lucky that he is able to work from wherever we are. We love meeting new people, travelling, and discovering new and interesting things. We are incredibly easy-going and fun people!

Our kids are incredibly cute, and really well behaved, they love people :)

Dave & I have spent more time of our married life overseas, than at home, in Australia. We love travelling, and one of our favourite aspects is being able to meet locals, and make new friends!

We've previously couch surfed twice, a few years ago, and had a wonderful experience. We thought we'd create a new profile (as I couldn't find my old one) and give it another go, as we had such great times.

We are designers, so anything to do with lettering, design, or photography. We have previously lived in Spain, so I'm very enamoured with the language, and Spanish culture.
