ABOUT ME

My name is Laura and I am a Financial Analyst in an american Travel Management Company near Geneva. I am 25 and enjoy life as much as I can by traveling, meeting new people, and reading a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couchsurfing in September 2014 during my trip in the USA. It was a wonderful experience (kind of scary the first time because I was alone...). But I enjoyed it. I met wonderful people that helped me to discover the city from a different point of view.

I also went to couple couchsurfing meetings where I met also locals with who I became friends with.

Intereses

I am a hyperactive girl who loves challenges, I cannot stand having nothing to do, so I always find something to do. Bu myself or I take hostage of someone who follows me in my crazyness!

But I love so many things such as:

- Sports: probably my favourite thing to do. As I am a very energetic person, I need to express myself by running, playing volleyball or beach volleyball, badminton, squash, swimming etc. I also play in a volleyball team club and I'm in a challenge league.

- Reading: as I take the train everyday, I read two books a month at least !

- Music : my iPod is all the time on me (in the train, when I do shopping, when I'm cooking, during my shower, ALL THE TIME)

- Traveling : I am a daydreamer and most f the time my mind is flying around the world. I love discovering new places, having new experiences to keep learning !!!

- Photography : I'm a beginner in it but I hope I'll improve myself quick. I love walking on a sunny sunday and take pictures of our wonderful swiss landscapes.

- Cooking : Love making pastries, cakes, cookies (my friends tell me that I'm talented. I don't believe them, I'm sure they only try to be nice).

- Movies/cinema/tv shows: during rainy sunday, the best thing to do, going to the movie theatre with friends, eating popcorns (being fat tho). Also I love tv shows (my favourite HIMYM, Walking Dead, Malcolm, Once Upon a Time, Breaking Bad, Games of Thrones, Mad Men, How to Get Away With Murder, The 4400, The 100, New Girl, The Arrow, etc.)
