About Me

Living in a small town in Chiapas, Mexico working as a volunteer social worker for Compañeros en Salud.

Life is a gift, I’m just here to experience it fully

My favorite thing to do is talk to people who make me challenge myself and introduce new ideas to my small brain.

I love to dance. Especially contact improvisation (ask me about it)

Introspective , adventurous, laid back, open-minded, and cheery. WORDS.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm Couchsurfing because I love traveling but I don't want to do it through a window of a tourist bus or through the diluted experience of staying with other foreigners in a hostel. I used to do this before I discovered couchsurfing and while it was fun, I didn’t feel like I was getting all I could out of the places I was in. I really appreciate couchsurfing for the authentic interactions it bring fosters between like-minded but diverse people.
(I can’t host at the moment because I don’t have a place of my own but can’t wait to do so in the future!!)

^^^ that was what I wrote when I first made my profile. Now I’ve couchsurfed 10 times and I just want to say it changed my life!! I loved people a lot before CS but now I’m just awe-struck by their beauty and feel so lucky to share existence with ppl like you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn anything and everything that a person has to share. I think all knowledge is valuable knowledge. I love especially learning about the different ways people approach and connect with their bodies, whether that be through movement, consumption, spiritual practices etc.

I'm open to helping anyone with english!
