Hey! My name is Laura, I'm 19 years old and I just graduated from gymnasium this Summer. Now I will be enjoying my freedom by having a few gap years, in which I'm planing to travel and explore as much as possible!
I'm open-minded and love to meet new people and try new things that gets me out of my comfort zone. Most of my times is spend on doing volunteer work for different organizations and associations, which I very much enjoy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I think that there is no better way to explore a country and its culture, than through the eyes of a local! A country is made by it people, so I don't think that it possible to get to know a country without knowing its people!

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music is very broad, but currently I must admit that I'm a sucker for Elton John and pretty much anything from the 70's and 80's.
When it comes to books, I mainly read Lonely Plantes books and cookbooks, but if I have to choose one favourite book, I think it would have to be The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

I can't keep a cactus alive, maybe not the most amazing thing, but definitely impressive!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think that it is a big honor to be hosted by locals and amazing to be met by peoples hospitality! Therefore as a guest I will definitely do my best to make hosting a great experience, and would love to share good times, great fun and exiting stories with my host and learn from their experiences!
