About Me

I'm a 33 year old wife and mother who loves to travel and meet people. Sometimes I travel with my six year old side kick M, but occasionally I get to explore on my own. I usually tent camp or sleep in my truck. Lived most of my life in the deep south but have been out in the intermountain west for almost four years now and I love it! I have a lot of different passions in life and I'm still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. Some of my interests include: hiking, SUP, kayaking, music, concerts, theatre, books, roadtripping, film, flowers, and pizza.
I am currently the leader of a women's adventure group and I am loving it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Occasionally I like to travel to cities by myself. It's hard to find places to camp and honestly, I don't have the budget for hotels. I also like to meet people and I'm hoping that this will be a more personal route to try.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing?? Boy. This year has been full of amazing things! If I have to pick one I would definitely choose my camping trip to Joshua Tree this past winter with my son. Climbing rocks, hiking, searching for Gram Parsons ghost. It was equal parts relaxing and terrifying. SO many calamities on this trip but it made for the best memories!
