I'm a 25 year old Elementary School teacher from Vantaa, Finland. I teach mostly second graders (8 years old). I love teaching arts and crafts and maths.

I live with my boyfriend Jussi in our own rowhouse in a very calm and safe neighborhood, near nature and a verdant park.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people and learn about other cultures. I also think that local people have great tips for places to see. All the tourist attractions aren't probably the best the city has to offer. It's always interesting to see how local people spend their time.

Interests

I enjoy travelling, reading, nature, crafts, sports, movies, interior decoration and postcrossing.

I prefer buying most of my clothes from flea markets. It's ecological and saves a lot of money. It's always fun and exciting to walk around and finding interesting stuff.

My favorite band is a Finnish band called Haloo Helsinki. I like to listen to pop music from the radio.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my greatest achievements is graduating in 3,5 years while working full-time for 2 years at the same time. :)
