I am very open-minded when it comes to music, and am always up for checking out new artists. I love books that teach me something new and make me self-reflect - I am usually have a book on psychology, philosophy or spirituality on the go (Man's Search For Meaning, The 4 Agreements, anything by Pema Chodron).

Algo increíble que he hecho

I backpacked for a year completely by myself, in Central America, South America, India & Nepal. It was the most challenging, rewarding, and magical experience that I have ever had. It was truly the relationships that I made on this trip that will last me a lifetime.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I practice yoga + meditation daily, and have some experience teaching both. I would love to practice together :) I also love to run, bike and swim, so let's get outside and get some exercise if you're up for it! I 'm a pretty decent cook (I think!) and love to experiment with new plant-based recipes, and am always learning how to be more sustainable in the kitchen. I also love to write, and have recently been spending more time drawing + painting. I always travel with my notebook, pencils + watercolors :)
