I'm a Canadian girl who wants to see as much of the world as possible and while doing so, meeting amazing people along the way. I think this world is all we were given so why not make the most of it and explore every nook and cranny!?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the concept of taking a peek into the life of another person. Just in the short amount of traveling I have done so far, I have learned so many new things and been able to view the world with a new perspective. Once I am home I am excited to begin hosting other travelers. I feel as though even if I am not the one who has left home, I can still learn so much from others who are on the road and still feel as though I am traveling.

Interests

I'm always game to try new things. I like hiking and pretty much anything outdoors. Recently tried mountain biking and loved it.
I also like trying new foods.

I like almost every type of music, I just like some more than others. I love to hear other people's music especially if it's in another language other than English.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with wild dusky dolphins in Kaikoura, New Zealand. Was such an amazing experience to look the dolphins in the eye and feel like they are having as much fun swimming around you as you are around them.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always interested in learning new things. My goal for 2019: learn French.
I am keen to teach English to anyone who would like to learn or improve their skills in the language.
I like to cook and love to share meal ideas and learn cooking techniques and recipes.
