Overview
About Me
I am a Masterstudent with majors math and chemistry and profile teaching at Georg-August-Universität in Göttingen, Germany. Right now I am living in Columbus, Mississippi for a 8-month internship at a local high school. My English is pretty good, in emergency I can still reactivate my French from my own highschool time.
I love traveling and I am trying to see as much from the Us as possible as long I am here. I am really curious about meeting locals and making new experiences!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think living with someone local for a few days can make traveling so much more exciting! Getting to know new people from other cultures is a crucial part of traveling for me and I would love to meet some new people!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movie is the German film "Die Welle"... actually it's not fun at all, but really impressing! Apart from that I really enjoy comedies. My favorite shows are criminal minds and "once upon a time". Whenever I have time, I read urban fantasy books, for example stuff about time traveling or supernatural phenomenons (the only thing I dodge are vampires, twilight spoiled that for me :D).
My favorite music is a German band called "Oonagh", which probably isn't very wellknown over here, but I also like Shania Twain and Katy Perry.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Actually the whole experience of living abroad was wonderful and tought me a lot. I enjoy getting the chance to see all the great places over here and learning so much about the US, the people and the culture!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share some of our (German) culture with potential host. May it be (political) discussions, cooking together or just having a nice talk about how things go overseas, I really like to learn and share experiences!
