I'm Laura and I travelling with my boyfriend Emeric.
In France I am a biology and geology teacher.
I am currently traveling with my partner, who is a masseur and wants to create his own business when he returns to France. We want to discover the countries of Asia, and reach France without a plane!
We are very curious and we like to discover new things. I am more into knowledge (history, science, politics, etc.) and my boyfriend is more into manuals and crafts.
During our trip, we want to get closer to the local culture, exchange, discover and share our experiences. We appreciate meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

Laura, I like rock and pop music, but I listen to other styles. Emeric listens to everything and loves rap and soul.

For films, I like historical films with real events. Dramatic and lively too. Emeric is more into comedies or the absurd which I also appreciate. He is a fan of Jim Carrey. We are both fans of the anime The Last Airbender!

I (Laura) love reading, especially when I'm immersed in a new culture. My current favorite author is Elif Shafak with Soufi mon amour. Emeric is currently reading the One Piece manga!

I have been dancing since I was little (modern jazz and contemporary) and it is a pleasure to dance or learn new dances. I also started horse riding for 2 years and I love riding horses.
Emeric is a fan of all sports, especially climbing. He is happy as soon as he can climb or play chess.
We both love hiking and do it whenever we can.

We loves animals too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While walking around Quebec City, we were looking for our way, when a couple helped us by offering to follow them. We separate a few streets further, but disappointed to leave each other. We'll meet up a few minutes later by chance where we exchange numbers and spend the next day together. This couple with whom we are still in contact will host us in the evening because we had no more accommodation. But we had a mutual crush on each other.

As a teacher, I can share what I know about biology and geology. And as I have traveled quite a bit I can also share my experiences.

With Emeric we can cook and share our recipes, although Emeric is the cook of our duo.
Emeric is very handy and sporty and will be happy to help or participate in these areas.

It is with pleasure that we would like to discuss our experiences, our lives. Being able to share a good meal or an aperitif!
