Overview
About Me
I'm a sister, a friend, a student and a freelance youthworker. Travelling, intelligent conversations, unexpected parties, live concerts make me happy. Working with a meaningful purpose is what I need to get by.
I love learning and I'm not afraid to try new things, even though I know I'm bad at them (for ex; karaoke, blind song contests or any sports for that matter).
PHILOSOPHY
practice makes (almost) perfect, if powered by passion.
dreams are not supposed to chain us, but to unleash our creating force.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
From october onwards I will probably be able to host guests in my dorm, in Konstanz. If not I might be available to meet up, to show you around the city and maybe even cook for you. Staying in touch with the local CS community is also a good way to always meet positive people and to find inspiration for future projects.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My two CS experiences in Rennes and Nantes were definetely very positive. My host in Nantes hosted a small party and introduced me to everyone... cooking and sharing experiences with her and her friends was very enriching. From my host in Rennes I've learned how to bake a quiche lorraine in the easiest possible way.

Music, Movies, and Books
True Detective really did a number on me.
I enjoy author movies.. independent ones.. but I don't mind cheesy or commercial ones if I'm with a friend. The last movie I saw at the cinema and I totally recommend was: The labyrinth of lies (Im Labyrinthen des Schweigens).
I am currently obsessed with Lera Lynn, Nick Cave and Chinawoman. Pink Floyd, Led Zepellin, Deftones, Johnny Cash, Radiohead, Royksopp, The Cure.. are just a few bands/ artists I couldn't live without listening to.
Books are also a must have on a daily basis and this past year I finally had the time to indulge myself into modern literature. Some of my favorite works so far were L'homme revolté et Les Justes (A. Camus), Neige (Orhan Pamuk), Grenouilles (Mo Yan), Le zero et l'infini (Arthur Koestler) etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking part in an international summer school in Hamburg and meeting people from Kazachstan, Iran, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan... partying together for one month tought me more about "united in diversity" than any other class in college.
Parasailling in Nice, sand-boarding in Dubai.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you.. how to make origami-birds and friendshipbracelets :)
I can teach you how to make coffee.
I can teach you how to be more selfconfident and how to question your stereotypes.
I would like to learn how to use photoshop and flash, how to be more tech smart (not sure if that's a real word) and how to communicate better.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you happen to find yourself lost in Romania I can always put you in touch with some of my friends.
I think I will be able to host people in my student dormitory, in Konstanz.
If we shall ever meet, be prepared for geeky tours of the city, hipsterish bistros and wine tastings. I'll be more than happy to show you around and to introduce you to other people also. I also make very strong coffee, so get ready for that too :).
