Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of experiencing another country with the help of the hosts that live in the area, especially because I often travel solo. I'm also interested in making new friends while traveling, and CS seem like the perfect excuse to talk with residents of the city and discover things off the beaten path :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a biologist and worked as a scientific illustrator for some years. I can share information about scientific illustration, and also offer the host tips on drawing and painting. I can also talk about my previous traveling experience and give information about nice places and attractions that I liked in the cities I've visited.
I want to visit a lot of art museums for my studies, so I'll probably be outside the host's house during the museums opening times, but before and after that I'm available to spend time with the host. I'm not a great cook, but I can help and wash the dishes afterwards! :3
