As a melomaniac, I can't get to choose just some artists or composers, so... Jazz, Folk, Indie, Rock and Classical music are my favourite types, but I love some other music beyond those genres.
(Special mention to Bob Dylan, whose music was life changing to me).

As for literature, I mostly read poetry and novels (from any country, times and theme).
Cormac McCarthy, Albert Camus, Alice Monroe, Miguel Hernández, Almudena Grandes, Virginia Woolf, Alfonsina Storni, Oscar Wilde, Gabriel García Márquez... are some of my favourite writers.

I'm more of a TV series fan than a movies one, but I am very fond of: Into the wild, Captain Fantastic, Mona Lisa smile, One flew over the cucko's nest, Matilda, Memento...
