About Me
Hey there, my name is Laura I'm 25 years old and a keen traveller.
I’ve been making my around Europe for the first time and I’m loving it! I’ve been lucky to travel alongside a band from Australia that are on tour and have had some incredible experiences with them
I work at an outdoor education boarding school supporting year 9 students (15 year olds) and are passionate about the environment, education, philosophy, socialism, and food!
I also work at a green grocer shop in the country and clean/manage air B&B's.
I'm super easy going, sociable, clean and generally open to anything!
I love people! And love meeting new people. I’m bubbly and positive but super chill. I occasionally like to enjoy a cigarette and a glass of red wine 🍷
Vegetarian 🌱 fav food is bread 🥖 avocados 🥑 and pizza 🍕
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am new to couch surfing, I hadn't heard of it until one of my clients mentioned it to me recently.
I much prefer the idea of getting to stay and know a local and going to a hostel or b&b. It’s an opportunity to connect and understand culture which I enjoy.
I understand I don't have any history for the site but if there is anything you would like to know about me, please feel free to ask, I'm an open book.
I'm looking forward to meeting people and in time giving others the opportunity to come stay with me in the future in Australia and show them around the beautiful wine region of the Yarra Valley where I live (near melbourne)
