Born and raised in rural Bavaria, Germany, I escaped catholicism, conservativeness and boredom at the juvenile age of 18 to venture around the world 🌎 After a rather unusual two-year backpacking experience in Australia (I spent a lot of time in the Outback with 20,000 cows) I returned to the motherland to study. Multiple exchange semesters and two degrees later, four years ago I have touched base in Berlin, a city which I love with all my heart 💜 Never knew one could feel so at home in one place.

As for my passions, I do tick quite a few Berliner boxes: Climbing/bouldering, yoga, a good party now and again as well as exploring the endless possibilities of the city are among my favorite things to do. Quite often though, the village girl in me kicks in and draws me back to nature and the hiking/camping trips that come along with it. Oh, and when I feel truly adventurous I take a salsa class to combat my inner stiff-ass German!
