About Me
Here are some personal quotes that have kept my treasured relationships so meaningful. I strive to live by these.
"The easiest way to keep your stories straight, is to only tell the truth."
"The best apology is changed behavior."
And you'll probably recognize this famous bit of advice from Bill and Ted.
"Be excellent to each other!"
--- --- --- --- ---
I'm in my late 50s with a much younger heart. My friends are generally younger than I am, and they're from all walks of life. I've been told I'm easy to chat with and not easily offended. We should hang out!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've lived in California all of my 50-odd years. It's a beautiful state, but it's time for a change! I'm going to relocate to Southern Oregon as soon as I find work. I don't know the various little towns there too well, and it would be fantastic to meet up for a beer or a lunch and hear your thoughts on living the small town life.
Interests
I love hearing people's stories ... are you disabled? Atheist? Artistic? Tall? A polyglot? A traveler? I'm a progressive Christian who's vehemently against converting anyone. I just love meeting people whose life experiences are different than mine.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm an 80s girl, and Styx had always been my favorite band. But that's not the best concert I ever attended. Oh no, that would be Metallica / Garage Inc. -- OMG, they had such freaking epic pyrotechnics, stunt men, and a crapload of great rock!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Although I don't cook, I'm happy to help out around the house (washing dishes or whatever). I'm not planning on couch surfing at the moment because of my dog, but if that changes, my spot in your place will be left nicer than I found it.
Countries I’ve Visited
