I'm Laura, yes one of many other Lauras in the world and as many other people I want to discover new places, meet new people and make new exiting experiences.
I would say about myself that I am quite a sociable, easy go along person and happy about any intercultural (or intracultural :P) exchange. So when I'm travelling I would really appreciate a fine place to stay, but while I'm in Munich (not in August) I am pleased to host homeless travellers or at least show them my city.
I'm into sports in general including hiking, climbing, football, ... and also a lot into music, especially into jam and dance sessions.

Although I have downloaded this app long ago, I am just starting to use it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hate being a "tourist", the feeling that you are seen primarily as an economic source rather than an individual. Through couchsurfing you have the opportunity to make real local experiences, meet interesting people you may have never met and discover new places in a different, more authentic way. Also having a place to crash is always nice :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been in Mexico City in 2017 during the earthquake. It was a traumatic as well as a very impressive experience, seeing so much social solidarity arising where federal organization fails hard.
