Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love hosting and surfing and in general encouraging people to give couchsurfing a try...why would anyone choose to stay in a hotel when you can stay in a home and meet new people?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A friend and I couch surfed in Italy back in 2006 when I was there for the Terra Madre Slow Food conference...that got me hooked!

Interests

I love good acoustic music, spending time in my garden, cooking and sharing good meals with friends, traveling, hiking, biking, canoeing, dancing, meeting new people

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being midwife to a goat who was having trouble delivering her baby is probably the most amazing thing I've ever done.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn to play the fiddle (and lots of other instruments, really).
I can share veggies from the garden and maybe even teach you something about gardening.
