We are an Irish couple travelling South/Central America for one year! We both love to travel, meet new people and embrace new cultures!
We are a genuine couple, very responsible and not afraid of hard work! We enjoy hiking, running and practicing mindfulness. I (Laura) completed 2 half marathons in Ireland and intend to do a full marathon someday! Fingers crossed!
I am a Career/Life Coach and love working with people of all ages. When I finished my Higher Diploma I started Coaching immediately on a one to one basis. It's so great to witness peoples thought processes changing from negative to positive! I have worked with adolescents and adults as both a life coach and career coach. I enjoy every minute of it! I also volunteer as a co-facilitator in an addiction centre on a weekly basis which has really increased my knowledge in the area of Alcohol and Drug addiction. I am truly grateful to those members for their honesty and whole heartedness at each session as I have learned so much from them.
Andrew has worked in construction as a plasterer for over 10 years. He recently went back to college and graduated as a Social Care Worker. He volunteers in a local youth club in Ireland and has a great relationship with all the kids and staff. They were very sad to see him go travelling and they miss him terribly!
Throughout our younger years we have both worked in bars, restaurants and hotels. We have an array of experience that we would love to share with any willing hosts.
We are currently learning Spanish in Sucre, Bolivia and would welcome any opportunity to practice!
