About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as much of this beautiful planet as possible!

ABOUT ME

I lived in and travelled around New Zealand for six months - this was the first time I came into contact with CS. Now that I am back home I want to open my home to people who are doing the same in Germany.I am a very positive person that loves life and all the things that make it great. For me that would particularly be meeting new people who have an opinion and like to think once in a while, reading a good book that widens your horizon, cooking (preferably not on my own) and being stunned by wonderful places. I am absolutely anglophil and love the English language and its literature. I am really interested in other people and enjoy discussions about all sorts of things.

PHILOSOPHY

If life gives you a lemon, make lemonade!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I have experienced myself how expensive travelling can be, I like the idea of offering a place to sleep whenever someone needs one. I love travelling and exploring new places myself and see CS as a great opportunity to do so. And even if I am staying at home I can meet new people if they come to stay with me!

Interests

I'm just going to list a few of them: reading, cooking, singing, travelling, films, people, our planet, staying open-minded, other cultures and languages, having a good time with interesting people and a glas of wine, being a vegetarian, chocolate, trying out new things, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with dolphins in the Bay of Plenty, NZ; that was very, very special.
