Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world and make friends everywhere I go :)
ABOUT ME
I am German/Cuban and a recent mechanical enginering and business grad from Cornell. When I'm not in frigid Ithaca, I spend my time on the sandy shores of Miami. I like to spend my time adventuring on my road bike, swimming, traveling, sharing food and drinks with friends, dancing, laughing, and being outdoors. I will be working in Houston as a subsea engineer but have postponed those plans to backpack in Europe for a month or two. Currently I am spending my last summer in Ithaca taking a Quantum course and helping Cornell establish a new Startup-NY program that will help start-ups launch their businesses tax-free. My goal is to live my life with a lot of laughter, adventure, and wisdom :)

PHILOSOPHY
I live to be happy. I'm very interested in Buddhism but I don't consider myself religious.
If money weren't an issue, I would spend my life travelling the world. 30 days in each country..meeting people, immersing myself in different cultures, and gaining perspective. If time weren't an issue, i'd love to also learn as much as I can about every topic imaginable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would be more than happy to meet a fellow traveler and share a few drinks, laughs, and stories!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with CS. From beautiful boat rides in South Carolina, to trespassing Quebec's Montmorency falls at midnight, to attending a private party at a theater in Montreal, and having a delicious homecooked meal with a host in Laval... I feel so lucky to have met such wonderful hosts throughout my travels. My goal is to give back as much as I can to this wonderful community of travelers.
