About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying new things! Food! Also learning a musical instrument (I've always been musically challenged so I decided to put an end to it).
ABOUT ME

I think they'd say I'm reliable, fun, friendly, creative, good with kids...problem solver..curious and open minded.

PHILOSOPHY

Just keep an open mind and don't force anything on anyone...People always have an interesting point of view.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a few people staying with me and it's been great! I've tried it myself and loved it! It's a great way to meet locals and get great suggestions.

IF YOU ARE GOING FROM HOSTEL TO HOSTEL PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO HOST YOU CAUSE I REALLY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH BEDBUGS.. Just skip me if it's going to be one of many places you'll be sleeping..sorry, I do love meeting great couch surfers!

Interests

I love art, children's illustrations, travelling, meeting new people, the scouts, photography...and watching many many movies!!!

Rediscovering my own city! It's fun to show someone around. You get to enjoy places you forget are there.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a sucker for tv series, you name it. I've provably seen it..
Love Ken Follet books and sagas,Noah Gordon is also one of my favourites!
I'm happy to read anything that keeps giving me cliffhangers...just not gore...I like character arcs.
Don't really listen to much music but I'd love to learn more about it. (Working on it!)I follow a few friend's great tastes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 12 years in my scout group. It was amazing to be part of it. I also worked at a primary school from where I got a glimpse of the beautiful moments when they learned to read and write.
This summer I was at Barretstown. The most amazing camp for kids with cancer and serious illnesses. I was there for years as a volunteer interpreter and had an eye opening experience.
Jumping off a plane!!! That was a cool and loved it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Maybe some drawing classes, English and Spanish classes.I could cook some Spanish food if you are interested.I'd love to learn about different cultures and people's experiences.
Would love to learn more about animation, cinema, sculpting.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Chats and food!Touring and Walks if I'm not working and just suggestions on what to see.
