Hello :)
My name is Laura, I am a 24 years old french girl. I come from Strasbourg (France) but I lived for a while too in Berlin, Lille (France) and Dublin.

I am a relaxed and chilled person, always curious to discover and experience new things, really tolerant, open-minded and naturally sociable. I like hanging out drinking beers and wine, partying, dancing... and just having fun with people I meet.

I am really interested in arts and culture in general (I worked in this field for a while) and I like going to a lot of festivals, exhibitions, museums, and so on. I love photography (both digital and analog) and music, which I practice for quite a long time (piano and guitare).

My deepest passion is travelling around the world. I always enjoy meeting new people; discovering new landscapes, cultures and way of life; sharing different minds and experiences with the others.
I am as well really interested in learning or practicing foreign languages. I already speak fluently English and German quite good, and I am learning Spanish at the moment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend and I are going to travel for one year in South America. As we'd like to avoid as much as possible the "touristic way" of travelling, we choose to travel mostly with WOOF, WorkAway and Couchsurfing.
The aim of this travel is not only to discover an amazing continent while seeing stunning landscapes, but also to embrace the Latin-American culture the most as we can. This is why we'd like to focus on meeting local people, experiencing their way of life, sharing experience with them in order to be fully immersed in the culture and the society of the different countries we are gonna cross.

I love music and culture in general : the more concerts and festivals I go, the happier I am!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in two amazing cities: 5 months in Dublin to practice my english, and then 5 other months in Berlin to practice my german.

I can teach piano and share some knowledge about photography and Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign (I was a graphic designer for a while).
