About Me
Hello everyone,
nice to meet you :)
My name is Laura, I am 27 years old and I just finished my master degree in international relations / peace-and conflict studies. In the last year my boyfriend and I traveled in our beloved van in order to get to know people, explore the wonderful nature and live life! Currently I am working at the University of Darmstadt with focus on gender and security studies. I love political discussions, plants, cooking (vegetarian), sports and hanging out with friends.
I would love to welcome you and show you around. Just let me know when you are around and we´ll figure out something!
Cheers!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The last 10 years I have been traveling in Europe, South-East Asia, Turkey and Centralamerica. I love getting to know new people, hear their stories, eat different food, get to know other cultures, learn new languages etc. For me traveling is one of the most important things in life- you broaden your own perspective, you tolerate new things, you get sensitive to other important topics etc. Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to experience all of that!
Interests
As I have already mentioned, I love traveling, getting to know new people and taking fotos.
Besides that, I am a quite active person- I like doing sports, organizing political workshops and discuss politic topics with my friends or strangers :)
