Things I love: pretty much anything related to music, singing, running, the sun, laughing, making others laugh, having fun- especially in normally not-fun places, community, banana nut cheerios, fire, recycling, civil disobedience, the olympics, meeting new people, dancing, meaningful conversations, playing games, spending time with friends and family, trying anything once, the beach

About Me: I'm working on a PhD in clinical psychology in Nashville, Tennessee. I lived in San Francisco for a few years and have been loving exploring my current home for the next few years in the Music City!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my passion. I love to play it, hear it, sing it, share it, learn about it and teach others. I love new music, old jazz, indie, pop, folk, world music, hip hop, blues, even country. If I surf or host ya, I'd love to exchange some tunes

My favorite movies include Breakfast at Tiffanys, Once, 2 Filhos de Francisco, The Little Mermaid and Anchorman

I enjoy reading, mostly on long car trips or while laying out in the sun. Books i love include the great gatsby, white oleander, memoirs of a geisha, breakfast at tiffanys, the hiding place, to the lighthouse, catcher in the rye, cat's cradle, siddhartha, the bible, the virgin suicides, clockwork orange, on the road, when you are engulfed in flames

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Constantly, incessantly searching for the next opportunity to fill this box ;)

For now I'll say: I've run a marathon, gone skydiving, sang the national anthem for a crowd of 20,000.
