ABOUT ME

Following my heart, learning to feel more, think less! I spent many years at University, studying about religions (especially Islam), cultures, ancient languages... And now am reconnecting with the joy of movement and sensations, connection of the body, mind, breath... In 2017, finishing my second master in Belgium, I decided to leave my intellectual interest aside and engage on a journey that lasted a year, travelling around Asia. Got my yoga teacher training in India, travelled to Thailand, Cambodia and Taiwan, where I both taught yoga and deepened the knowledge of my own body and mind through disciplines like meditation, taichi and qigong.

I love to share everything I know, learn from people, and just exchange smiles and laughter as much as possible! Sharing is caring, it's the most beautiful thing in the world

I've been travelling mainly, haven't hosted yet. I've been blessed with generous souls who hosted me, this generosity definitely keeps nourishing and inspiring my heart every day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far so good! Seriously! CS have always made my trip ! So glad to meet new people, rather than hosts I consider I have met friends!

I devour books! I love novels taking place in the past, different cultures than mine (specially China, don't know why... :D )

Books nourish the imagination, which is the best mean of travel! I love reading, I can't list my favourite books, but can tell you I enjoy George Semprun (for his testimonies on work camp through wwII), Lisa See (her novels), and any other books related to the human condition. I'm fond of stories taking place in the past and describing past customs and way of life

More specifically, meeting people around the world has been a beautiful experience of spending quality time with "strangers" - discovering about the selfless generosity.

Yoga, dance, taichi, qigong, all embodiment disciplines, are many tools that show me a path toward self-discovery, self-love, a path inward that leads outward, toward the embodiment and radiation of Love.
