CURRENT MISSION My current mission is to shine, meet new people and have a good time. Connecting and sharing is important to me and I love spending time with my loved ones. Traveling means the world and every experience through couchsurfing showed me how fun it is to share cultures and be a part of somebody’s stay in a new city! ABOUT ME I’ve lived in Amsterdam for about 10 years, I grew up in a town nearby at the beach called Bloemendaal. I studied in Amsterdam to be a primary teacher and worked a few years. Then I was hired to teach Dutch children in the city of Buenos Aires where I lived about 2,5 years. An awesome experience! I returned in january 2018 and I finally found a new place in Amsterdam, so I’m ready and excited to start hosting again :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I'm open minded, honest, love to travel and I like to meet people from all over the world. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I hosted a few times now, in both Amsterdam and Buenos Aires. I believe it's such a good and intense experience to exchange cultures. It always makes me long to go travel again and see new places. I was hosted in Tigre, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile, Valparaiso and Bariloche. Every time it was a beautiful and special experience, Couchsurfing is such a unique comunity and I'm very greatfull for all the special people that I met in my stays&travels through South-America, this time not as a host but being hosted and welcomed to the houses and lives of incredibly kind and interesting, good people. I hope that CS will keep me on the road of meeting new people and make new friends all over our beautiful planet!
PLEASE READ:
If you are only looking for a place to stay, I reccomend a hotel or a hostel! I won't be able to hang out 24/7 and that's absolutely not my intention but I see in this community one of the foundations that is sharing and experiencing together NOT just a free place to stay!

Intereses

I'm into sports like running, hiking and horse back riding. I take different yoga classes and do sports outside in the park, or surfing.
I like to do cultural stuff as concerts, festivals, theater, movies and museums. I'm into partying and have drinks and food with (new!) friends, this always is a very valuable time to spend for me. Basically up for anything new, exciting!!

Algo increíble que he hecho

Backpacking the Southeast of Asia by myself for 7 months changed my whole perspective on life. It made me realize there's more out there than I could ever imagine and I'm so lucky and privileged I have the opportunity to broaden my view by traveling all over the world.
I believe with my whole heart in the saying 'Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer.'
