Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be a good force in the world, foremost! But I would also just like to hug a panda..
ABOUT ME
I love to make goofy jokes, play guitar, make pals, collect records, tend to plants, get inspired by little things, dig around in antique stores, drive fast in the country by myself with the stereo loud, construct odd lamps, hug thoroughly, coordinate shows, go exploring, play with the dog, read, have genuine deep conversations, eat watermelon, and make lists! (such as this one)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is really short and so am I.
Anti-nihilist, anti-objectivist humility agnosticism... with morals, candles, and a nice void
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've snoozed on many a stranger's furniture and it never ceases to please me how sweet and great someone you just met can be. You don't get to make new friends all cooped up in a hotel. Also I always fold the blankets and do the dishes!
I am usually the host and most comfortable doing the giving. I've been so grateful to have places to stay when traveling, so try to return the favor to others a bunch. I should get all the bands that have slept here to do some dang reviews! They would probably go like this : "Laura made me some popcorn at 3am when I was drunk. It was the best moment of my life."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed the tallest, coldest, most impossible mountain to shake the king of Pluto's hand. Then I wrestled and alligator, tamed it, and named him Larry. Now I ride Larry to work, where I solve rubix cubes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a bit about old music, house painting, recycling anything into art, rolling cigarettes, drawing/crafts, medicinal herbs, cocktails, upholstery, some handy work, audio equipment, and mashed potatoes. I've always wanted to learn more about carpentry, other cultures, and botany. Also would like to get better at Spanish. Mi espanol es malo. I can teach you songs on the guitar and how to curse funny! (they often go together)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll share anything I have always... especially fruit.
