About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to fill my life with as many people, places and bits of knowledge as I possibly can. And to eat as much delicious vegan food as I can!
ABOUT ME
I graduated from college in May 2011, and now I'm living in Fargo, ND, after a two-year stint in Washington state for Americorps. I'm still trying to figure out this thing called life, so for now, I'm meeting new people, experiencing new things and just surviving.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life out of inertia, a desire for change, and to experience the greatest the world has to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to the CS Project, but I'm hoping to become a part of it by using its services as well as just spreading the word about how awesome it is.
I had my first CS experience in Sydney, NSW, and it was amazing! I'm hoping to open my house up to fellow surfers now that I'm living more independently.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with someone in Sydney, NSW, which was so great! He was way friendly and trusting, so it made my trip to Sydney even better.
I also stayed with Crystal and Mika in Spokane, WA, and they were spectacular! They let my boyfriend and I tag along and showed us the real Spokane.
I've recently lost my host virginity, and I've had great experiences with that.
I hope to have many more experiences, both as a traveler and a host!
Interests
Mostly, I'm interested in social justice. Learning about others and from others. Learning about myself through my experiences, the people I meet, the things I do, the books I read. Helping change the world in both small and large ways. Remembering how insignificant I am in this huge world.
