I am a writer and aspiring artist living in the heart of Seattle. Growing up I read a ton which fueled my lifelong love of learning and exploring. I also enjoy meeting new people and hearing their personal stories which can be fascinating.

I grew up in what some have called "the Garden of Eden," a scenic, small fishing town right along the Puget Sound. Because of this I have a deep appreciation for nature and appreciating beauty around me.

I think couch surfing sounds like a great idea! What better way to get to know local people and have a fantastic taste of the culture?

I would love the chance to be a courteous guest, take my host out to dinner, and get a chance to learn about the local sights and history.

My interests are definitely on the arts and culture side.

I enjoy reading, writing creative non-fiction, drawing and sketching. Also learning languages, from American Sign Language to French.

I like to stay active, walking around the city and running.

No matter what city I am in, I'm usually drawn to the museums, little art galleries, and the best spots for people watching :)

Ahh I love music. Whether it's a classic pop ballad or some catchy dance music, I usually have my headphones with me!

Movies- I grew up watching Cary Grant and Carole Lombard dazzling on the screen. 1940s classics are always in style.

Books, I'm not into what's popular (i.e. 50 Shades..) I prefer real literature like Jane Austen and Fitzgerald.
