ABOUT ME

I find it weird to write about myself because I'd prefer talking and making conversation. My name is Laura but friends often call me "Duchke". Because of the popularity of the name Laura I'm rarely the only one in a group so nicknames are required.
I'm a very social, active and curious girl. I rarely have nothing to do with all the responsabilities I accept but this is what makes me happy to be busy and have a full life. Since my Afs experience in Turkey, my passion for travelling and my curiousness for other cultures bloomed. Now I have also time to participate in organizations like these, and I'm hoping I can learn and experience a lot of new things with it.I always try to be pleasant company and I'm always in for activities like family games, cooking, swimming, random dancing... To conclude I'm very easy going and happy to meet others as well as travel on my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had a couchsurfing experience yet but I already went abroad with AFS for 3months and on erasmus for a year. Plus I often do city trips to visit friends. With couchsurfing I hope to make new friends and contacts to be able to travel independently but without being alone all the time.
