I currently live in Ottawa with my boyfriend and my two cats.

I am a very well travelled individual, having been the daughter of diplomats. I was born in Mexico, have lived in Spain, Saudi Arabia, Canada and Hong Kong.

I love seeing and trying new things. One of my main passions is baking...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My boyfriend and I currently have a guest room in a 2 bedroom Condo in the east end of Ottawa and are able to host 1-2 surfers at a time.

Interessen

My main interest as stated above is baking and cooking, I love experimenting. Anyone staying with us is bound to leave a little fatter :)

I like going out and having a good time and a few drinks (WINE!) with friends and meeting new people at CS events. But I also like my quiet time and curling up with a book or in front of a movie.

Going for long walks outside in the summer and travelling and walking along nice sunny beaches.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love the Tim Burton Movies, Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, etc... and alot of cartoons in general Hotel Transylvania!... The Princess Bride, Horror Movie Spoofs, Tarantino Movies....

Music, I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, from Metal (Manson, Slipknot, Disturbed etc..) to Country (Brad Paisely!), to Classic Rock ...etc

Reading, I have a tendency to read "fluff books" Jodi Pilcout, Maeve Binchy and as a general theme I enjoy books that take place in the 40s, REGINA SPEKTOR <3

I am fully bilingual in French and English and can and will happily help anyone in need in developing their skills in either language. I also have a basic level in Spanish.

I am pretty handy in the kitchen and would be happy to share and teach people how to cook vegetarian meals and delicious baked goods!
