About Me

I work as a fine art printer and photographer.
Image and editorial stuff are my current passion but also nurture an ancient love for plants, ecology and natural building. For the last couple of years I've been living in a huge city but from time to time I should travel somewhere near the sea as I miss the peace and quiet.

I've lived in Uruguay for a while, and now I'm in São Paulo documenting the city and people through photographs.

Travelling is for me not only the seeing different places but mainly the state of mind I put myself when I'm in a place I don't know, wich makes me pay attention to everything and be wide open minded to new relations and connections, and allow the unexpect to happen.

Then this idea came up as a way for me to live in a state os presence: a journey through one city. Now I count on you to host me and allow this experience to happen. Thank you so much.

I'm an open-minded, creative, relaxed person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

That is quite an opportunity to share and to be in contact with things, from food to ideas, that I would scarcely know about if in contact only with people and places I already know of. And I also enjoy to be part of a community that stands on being welcoming.

Interests

I love the peace and quiet we can find on nature and high places like belvederes, anywhere where we can see how huge things are in comparison to us.
Growing food and spices is a nice hobbie, so as meditation, breathing exercises, strecthing, running, dancing, playing the guitar, I'm not pretty good at that, but I try :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Latin american music, folk music from everywhere, samba, jazz.
Mulatu Asthatke and Baden Powell are the ones I'm listening the most lately.

I do love italian movies, Win Wenders and Tarkovsky,

Doris Lessing and Virginia Wollf share my love with russian literature, Ernst Jünger and Roberto Bolanõs and technical literature in photography and theoric stuff about arts in general.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share cook tips I've learned while working in a restaurant, some simple things about growing food and spices indoor... A huge playlist of italian music and italian movies, a more extense brazilian music playlist. My love for food, music, movies, bikes and water. :D
