ABOUT ME

I moved to Oakland, California, more or less on a whim in late July, 2013 and haven't really had a "home" since, although I'm no longer in the Bay Area at the moment. Just wandering. I'm naturally very curious and am extremely obsessed with learning Russian and Swedish. I also can't function without hula hooping and can't wait to further explore the world of flow arts! I like DIY activities and I'm always looking to expand my knowledge on everything. Oh, and I thrive on being able to learn about other peoples' hobbies and obsessions - I'm a sucker for learning everything I can about this world and the people in it.

Did I mention that I'm also reeeeally open minded when it comes to just about everything? I'm very easy to get along with in that sense. I have my quiet moments, loud moments, crazy moments, blah moments, intense moments, content moments...every decision I make is pretty much dependent on my exact mood at the time.

Basically, what it boils down to is this: My impulsiveness even keeps me on my toes and I generally have no idea what I'm going to do until I'm actually doing it. It's been quite an interesting life so far, can't wait to see where the winds take me next :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always keeping tabs on what's going on in the discussions and what people are up to on here. I look nearly everyday to see if anything strikes my fancy at the time.

If I wasn't traveling and floating around, I would most definitely host people, but until I settle down, I'm afraid I'll just be surfin', instead.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only couchsurfed a few times (more than my references show). My first experience was a breathtaking one...there are indeed good, kind-hearted people still left in this world. My other experiences have been quite awesome, as well! I can't wait for more couchsurfing memories to be made!
