Overview
About Me
I'm Laura.
Originally from Dublin, living in London. My favourite things are my soon-to-be-husband, our cats, books, vegan food, travel and meeting new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I first joined back in Dublin, and made some really great friends there.
I moved to London in 2010 and Couchsurfing was an awesome way to get to know people. Over the years, I've gotten really lazy about exploring London, university and job just got in the way - I want to change that though
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met plenty of couch surfers, organised CS events in Dublin and made some amazing friends!
Now I'd love to meet some more CSers as I love the whole idea behind this!
Interests
I love:
Programming and writing code.
Books.
Looking at the sky at night.
Drinking a really cold pint of cider in the middle of summer.
Independent and foreign films.
Wes Anderson films.
Travel.
Science.
Cooking.
Cooking for others.
Nice wine.
Crap wine with nice company.
I don't love:
Mushrooms - I will not eat them. Ever.
Meat - Same goes. Been a veggie since I was 12. Although I'm not going to give you a lecture if you eat a burger in front of me.
Old people looking lonely - it always makes me feel sad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to sleep in one country and waking up in another. Seeing beautiful places. Seeing an old friend. Meeting new people. Spending time with friends. Swimming at midnight under a full moon.
The best trip I've ever taken.
