Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As a host, I'm happy to hang and cook you a meal, direct you toward a good hike, or let you have your own space if that's what you're keen on.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed some, hosted some more, and a long time lover of the home-stay!
Interests
Vibrant people who want to share a good meal and a bottle of wine. And speaking of good meals: I love food. I'm into fresh, local ingredients, and delicious vegetarian fare. And I daresay, I'm a hell of a cook. I love stories and travel, language and writing, big nature and small towns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some of my favorite memories both in the U.S. and abroad occurred with a new friend over a pot of tea or a bottle of wine. We were seated on the floor sharing drink, ideas and experience, lamenting lost love and corrupt governments.
When I moved from suburbia on the plains, where I grew up, to the desert mountains of Turkmenistan and then to the North Coast of California, I loved watching these huge mountains, this huge sea change not only by the season, but day by day!
