ABOUT ME

I was called "grammar nazi" a few times. I should get paid to proof read your papers. I try not to take anything too seriously. I don't eat meat - well I made sushi the only exception. I guess that makes me a pescetarian.

J'aime mon vélo ! I ride it quite frequently, as I have no car. Bring your bike and ride with me.

I am currently building a ceramic studio in my garage/carport area. I love working with my hands.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled to Nashville to see Destroyer and stayed with Colleen. I also went to NYC and couchsurfed the way there.

I have hosted so many amazing people and hope to accommodate many more.

I love math and logic problems. I support and love all things science! I'm good at chess. I like solving puzzles. I play the accordion, somewhat. I am teaching myself to play the drums. I love riding my bike. Above all, I love sitting around, drinking, and talking with a few good friends.

As for movies, I have a hard time choosing a favorite. Woody Allen is way up there in my book, so is Jim Jarmusch, Sofia Coppola, Mike Nichols, and Wes Anderson. I'm also in love with the BBC's Planet Earth.

I think one can find good tunes in every genre. I like old girl groups, old country, indie shit, local stuff, and old hip hop. My favorite musicians of late: Panda Bear, El Perro Del Mar, Lambchop, Jens Lekman, Lykke Li, & Grizzly Bear.
