I'm Laura, 22 years old. I'm a student who's living in Antwerp, studying in Ghent, where I'm trying to obtain my masters degree in clinical psychology. Last year I was in Sri Lanka for six months, most of my time there was spent on an internship in the Women Development Center in Kandy where I worked with children with a disability. I also tried to travel the country as much as possible and since then I try to travel whenever possible, wherever possible! The fact that I'm still a student puts a little limit on the travelling options, so that's one of the reasons why I'm on couchsurfing. Another reason is that if there's one thing I learned in Sri Lanka; it's that you get to know the country in a whole other way when you live with the people from that country. You see , hear, experience things that you would normally miss. So that's what I'm looking for!
