About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To never stop learning, enjoying life as much as possible.

ABOUT ME

HI !!! How are you?

I'm Laura, but you can call me LAU, that is my nick name.

I'm a teacher who works in public and private schools teaching theatre and creative movements in Buenos Aires City, Argentina, where I lived since I was born.

I work with students from pre-school to high- school so as you could imagine I have a lot of fun creating and sharing with them each class.

I absolutely love teaching!!

I'm social, talkative and very curious because of that I'm always learning something new.

My friends, my family also my students define me as an spontaneous, loyal and helpful person.

Although I'm very active I like doing things like a quiet reading

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy your life, be graceful and respectful to others.

Live and laugh as much as possible.

We should all open our hearts and do something to help each others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can be your local tourist guide, share my local culture and maybe I could offer you a place to stay.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted by Sandeep in Hartford, Shams in Boston twice, Mike in Manhattan, Melanie and her husband in Philly and Henry in Whashington. All of them were incredible hosts. Thanks a lot to each one!

Because up to now I don't have enough place to host someone. I've shown around my city to people from France, Irland, Czech Republic, Turkey, Australia and Ecuador from whom I could learn a lot about theirs cultures

Interests

My interest include any kind of theatre as a cultural expression and the national dances of each country as Argentinian Tango.

I absolutely love doing outdoor activities like trekking or raffting.

Have the opportunity to live in a place surrounded by nature in the future is on my wish list.

I'm part of an NGO calls Fundación SI, as a member of it I do a work each week with the homeless of my city and I'm also tutoring a young man who is studying to be a Drama Teacher like me.
