ABOUT ME

I'm a 33 year old girl, passionate about my home town - Lisbon - and traveling the world, getting to know other cultures and people! I'm a Budhist, I practice Yoga, I love sports (volleyball, running, biking, swimming, trecking. I sing, and I'm learning to play the guitar and the piano. I'm a music addict! Love going to concerts! I'm interested in Art in general, specially photography, cinema and dance.

PHILOSOPHY

I practice Nichiren Daishonin's Budhism - "The course of our lives is determined by how we react - what we decide and what we do - at the darkest of times. The nature of that response determines a person's true worth and greatness" - Daisaku Ikeda. I believe in self reliance and responsibility, and that everyone of us is unique and has an irreplaceable mission! Life is what we make of it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen Rio de Janeiro from the sky - gliding from a high cliff "Pedra da Gávea".

I sponsor a child in Africa - Mozambique - a 15 year old boy.
