ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old German girl that loves to travel the world. Meeting new people and seeing new places is one of my passions. Right now I'm studying Business Informatics at TU Berlin and work as an IT-Consultant. During the semester break I'm setting out once more to see parts of the world I haven't seen before.
As for where I've been so far:
I traveled some bits of Europe but I'm still missing a great deal of countries and places I want to go to there.
I spent 10 days in a host family in China in 2010 which was quite an experience.
I lived in the States, to be precisely in Wisconsin for 9 and a half month in a host family. One of the best times in my life so far.
While doing work and travel in Australia, I lived in Sydney for about 5 months before travelling the rest of that beautiful country. After that I flew over to Japan for 4 weeks, and came back to Germany to study.
I'm currently planning a weekend trip to Amsterdam in September.

In summer people can most likely find me sitting on the campground of some festival having a blast with my friends or people I just met. Drinking some beer, listening to some decent music just enjoying life to its fullest!

PHILOSOPHY

I think the pursuit of happiness how it is also stated in the Declaration of Independence is one of the basic principals every human should have the right to follow. That's why I want to make my life unique and every single minute worth living.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed at two places while I was travelling Australia. I would love to host couch surfers, however, my flatmate isn't really fond of the idea, so unfortunately I can't right now.

Teach: Well, I can share some German with you. Also I play the harp and some piano which gives me some knowledge about music.

Learn: I'm always happy to learn new things. It doesn't really matter what it is although I'm trying to teach myself some Japanese so some help there is always appreciated.

Share: Experiences! There are so many things in this world that I haven't seen yet but would love to see or hear about, cultures, pretty much anything! Also I know quite a lot about German and American culture for example and am happy to share stuff like that :)
