About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore, learn, understand.

ABOUT ME

Traveling is what keeps me moving. I love to visit places I've never been before and meet local people, to really get into the place's culture.
I'm very eclectic. Of course there are things I don't like, but if I am with friends it will be hard to find something that I wouldn't enjoy doing. I'm good-humoured and very positive.

PHILOSOPHY

Seize the day or die regretting the time you lost.

"To live is a rare thing. Most people simply exist." Oscar Wilde

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2011 I was backpacking for 9 1/2 months, so I have seen and done a lot of amazing things. Most amazing situations were probably the ones related with generosity, like an Italian girl that hosted me without knowing me well and couldn't had been more careful, showing me around Hanoi and lending me money based on trust. Or Thai people that even being relatively poor always have a smile in their faces and really worry about your well being. Was amazing also a guy that I met in South America and we met each other by chance again twice, once in Oceania and then again in Southeast Asia, in a period shorter than 6 months.
Skydiving was a challange to me, was something I always said I would never do in my life, and I just loved it!
Amazing places: Easter Island (in the top of the list of favorite places I've seen so far!), Phu Quoc and Sapa (Vietnam), Yogyakarta (Java, Indonesia), Koh Phi Phi, Railey Beach and Koh Tao (Thailand). Egypt, the whole country. Couldn't forget also to mention places in Brazil, like Praia do Rosa, Ilha Grande, Chapada Diamantina, Praia do Gunga,... I think each place in the world has a special thing to show you and can be amazing in its own way!
