About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy this year of traveling and take the most of it.
ABOUT ME
I'm a 22-year old Estonian, currently taking some time off of studies to see the world.
It is always hard to write about yourself, but I consider myself a rather friendly person who's pretty easy to get along with. I'm always up to meet people from different backgrounds and with different opinions:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I really enjoy changing views and ideas with others so I'm open to meet people from all around the world. As a proud estonian I'd gladly show you around so you could see Tallinn/Tartu from the eyes of a local. And that's why I'd like to meet up or stay with locals also during my own travels. I think that there is a big difference when traveling and doing only the touristic stuff or getting to know the genuine place through locals.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
By now I've couchsurfed 3 times in USA, Panama and New Zealand. And all the experiences have been really great..so I'm only looking forward to some more:)
Interests
I'm open to many different things, but when speaking about hobbies, I'm into such winter sports as snowboarding and skating. I used to sing in a choir for a long-long time and I've studied to play piano and the guitar. So you can often hear me humming some tunes or odd choir-music. When having a lot of time on my hands I like reading, arts and crafts(I love to sew but I've got too little patience so I hardly ever finish anything). And as probably everyone else on this site does, I like traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't really cross out any type of music for myself, everything depends on the mood and I think that any style can be enjoyable, the quality is what makes some things good and some bad.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are quite many things that I find pretty amazing but one thing that I see and participate in in every 4 years is the Estonian Song Festival. It is a tradition that our small nation has had over a hundred years- about 30 000 choirsingers on one stage perform Estonian songs to a crowd up to around 100 000. So you should look it up and come and see it next time!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm currently learning to love to cook. So I can pass on the enthousiasm. You can always have a basic estonian language lesson and I can also teach you to skate.
