HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I live with my parents, I can't host... but next year I'm planning to rent a flat in Barcelona. I would love to be your guide if you come to the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first time using Couchsurfing was in November 2015, I was traveling alone around the USA and I meet awesome people in Las Vegas and San Francisco. That was my first contact with couchsurfers and I was very surprised. In May 2016, one of the guys I met in Nevada was traveling around Europe and he did a stop in Barcelona! I show him around and invited him to have an Spanish lunch with my parents, he really enjoy it! And it was a pleasure meeting him some months later in my hometown. Now I can say that I have a friend in the other part of the world, haha!

After that first experience, I decided to find people who could host me and my friends (Anna and Bea) in India. And we did it! We spent 2 weeks traveling around India and we stayed in 3 different couchsurfer's home. I have to say this was the best experience of my life, we met a lot of amazing people, they wanted to show us everything, they were very gentile and super welcoming. I have no words to describe that experience.

So now it's time for a new chapter, I would like to experience what couchsurfing is in New York City with my boyfriend, Toni. We both hope to learn a lot and, of course, enjoy this new adventure.
