About Me

I hate this question. I cannot write about me, it should be somebody else writing this session of the profile.
Anyway, I guess I'm very easy-going. For sure I love trying new things, having fun, discovering new cultures, tasting new recipes (also bad cookers are welcome -you can't be worse than me-), learning every day something new, speaking other languages, enjoying the little things life gives you, living my life at the fullest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I need people to talk with as I often travel alone, I need tips from people who live in the city to really visit a city, I need to improve my language skills so there is no point to go to a hotel when at the reception they can speak my own language and I need people because I'm a human being like you and human beings are social animals! On the other hand, when I cannot travel, what's better than meet people who are travelling and travel a little bit with their stories?

Interests

I love reading, travelling (of course otherwise I won't probably be on CS), walking a lot, cycling, visiting museums, galleries, exhibitions (yes, I love Art) and "boring" stuff like these! I really like visiting the unusual and misterious of a city, something outside the normal routes, hidden gems, abandoned places ...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music? Everything typical of a region that cannot be found in a disc shop in my country.
Movies? I'm a really bad movie expert. I fall asleep quite often if the movie doesn't catch me after the first 5 minutes.
Books? Stephen King, the king of Horror and old auntie Agatha Christie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was thinking of that time I've amost been murdered in Lithuania but actually it's not something I've done myself as I was just there so... I think the most amazing things of my life still has to come!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been an au pair and I tried to teach my host children something new every day. I'm learning something new every day as well. And, well..., as sharing is caring, I try to share what I learn every day with somebody I love.
I can teach you my romantic language if you are willing to but I want to improve/learn yours in return!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My passion for History and Art, my terrible cuisine (ok, I shouldn't have written that), a cultural visit, a nice night walking and chatting
